BRIEF BIO-DATA OF DW& CE (AIR)

M Rafi Al Bashar was born in 1960. He passed his SSC in 1976 and HSC in 1978 having obtained 1^st Division in both.

He graduated in B.Sc Engg (Civil) in 1983 from BUET and obtained 1st Class.

He started his professional service in a private consulting firm in 1983. He left that job and joined Military Engineer Services in 1989 as Assistant Executive Engineer. He served in various capacities in staff and in command.

He did UN misssion in Liberia in 2004.

Presently he is posted as acting  Director of Works and Chief Engineer (Air).

He has visited many countries including Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, China, UAE, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Nigeria, etc.

He is married and has a son and a daughter.
